The company offers a comprehensive calibration and repair service on industrial instrumentation including Avo Megger meters, digital meters, oscilloscopes, Pat Testers, Insulation Testers, Temperature, pressure, gas detection and cable location equipment. Mechanical items are also catered for.
Glanford Electronics can calibrate all rulers, micrometers, callipers, torque wrenches and scales.
We have a comprehensive range of calibration equipment including;
- Fluke 5700A with Fluke 5725A amplifier recognised to be the most accurate calibrator available which is capable of calibrations on 8½ digit Multimeters,
- Fluke 5500 calibrator covering frequency and temperature in addition to Amps, Ohms and Volts.
- Ametek Black Body Heat Source for the calibration of infrared type Thermometers.
- Transmille 2100 for accurate calibrations on 17th edition electrical equipment such as PAT Testers, Loop Impedance testers and Insulation & continuity testers.
- Sound Level Meters, Light & Lux Meters, Pressure Equipment, and RF Equipment
- Mechanical items including Torque wrenches, force for crimp tools etc. are also covered with a range of calibrators from Hewlet Packard, Budenburg, Druck, Marconi, and Mecmesin.

All calibrations include  certification traceable to National Standards / U.K.A.S in accordance with our ISO9001:2000 Registration and to the requirements of BS EN ISO 10012:2003. We can offer full Calibration of equipment with Certification, as clients Quality Assurance systems require.

Equipment is collected and delivered via our own transport. Collection and delivery is included  in any calibration prices we quote, again our workshop and Calibrators are open for any inspection. Staff operating these areas of the Company have many years of experience in Instrumentation and C.V.'s can be gladly provided. We are agents for Alphatek, AVO, Fluke, Crowcon, Digitron, Edgcumbe, Robin, Radiodetection, and Boddington Cable Location Equipment. The company is an appointed calibration centre for Boddington cable avoidance tools. New test equipment can be supplied at competitive prices. |
